A: Room service is for a charge and very limited. The price is under $5. The menu has cheese/marinara pizza, , bbq sandwich, club sandwich and soup. The menu is limited. Be sure to make it to dinner better selection. Breakfast is also available for room... service but its better in the dining hall.See More

A: Usually, there's no cash transactions involved on the ships (unless you go to the casino). Most cruise ships will use your Sail and Sign card/room key to keep track of your charges. Those are then connected to your credit card that you have on file... with the cruise line.See More

Choices are "Bella", Fantastica", and "Aurea"...Bella" is the most basic, standard level of service, and is available (mostly) on lower decks. No extra charge."Fantastica"... provides access to more desirable cabins plus a few perks like room service and priority selection of dining, times. Nominal addl fee."Aurea" also includes a drink package, access to spa & sun deck, two massages and more. Several $100's more.See More

Q: Hi! I recently booked the cabin 12287, which is just a couple cabins away from 12283 and was wondering about the privacy as well as the noise level of the balcony and room. Were people in deck 13 able to see down into your balcony? Also, how was the noise level at night in the cabin? Did you hear a lot of chair movements from deck 14? What about the waves created by the back side of the boat?
