Very good response from everyone we talked to. The only improvement would be to offload the ship at the end of the cruise starting with the bottom decks instead of the top decks. Starting with the top decks makes an awful mess at the debarkation deck, because the folks on the bottom decks are all standing in the debarkation area.

Pros: Friendly staff and a nice well maintained ship.

Cons: Mandatory tipping is not good. It takes away my option of tipping for good service.
