Review summary

Very friendly and courteous staff everywhere.

No nickeling and dining for every little stuff onboard, which is really great. We booked Concierge Veranda and only stuff one had to pay was for wine and liquor, if one wanted. 3 shore excursions were included so long as they each cost $199 or less. We bought private small van tours and transfers through Viator for better value and more intimate experience. Internet, though spotty, was free. Ship had laundry facilities on many specks and we were offered free detergent . Washer and dryer each cost $2 only. Great restaurants and the grand dining were excellent, even though Jacques was a little less than hyped. Service everywhere was outstanding.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
there is no full shiplong walking track like on NCL Gem. They have 1/10 mile walking track on Marina. One can, however, walk on the inside corridors where staterooms are located. No scenery, but you can walk. Or go to the Gym for treadmill.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
There were one entertainments but of short duration around 9:45pm. We had lot better activities on NCL.

Cabin / Stateroom

Great bathrooms with marble floors and plush towels. There was a tub and a tiny shower. We would have happily traded the tub for a larger shower. Bed was very comfortable and furnishings were of good quality. A little more cabinet space would have been good but room size is limited. Shopping onboard is limited and sale discount was minimal. Can get better sunglasses and liquor deals at COSTCO

Loved that the Pellegrino, and cappuccino's flow freely. My husband was thrilled to have lobster morning (lobster omlettes), lunch (surf & turf sandwiches), and dinner full lobster, lobster thermodore, lobster you name it!  Loved the Ginger asian restaurant, and that all specialty restaurants are included with no extra charges! Those I was in Paris with the French restaurant! How 'bout those bathrooms? Just gorgeous!
