Food in the main dining room was decent. We had two nights where they were excellent. The other nights were just ok. Everything at Bonsai Teppanyaki / Sushi was great!! Highly recommend it!! Buffets were just ok. Nothing special. The ribs were on point though! Breakfast buffet was ok. We liked the omelette station! Guys Burger Joint is always great and Shaq’s Big Chicken was excellent. Wasn’t digging the potato salad but everything else was great!! Chi Bang….not good lol. I didn’t find it good at all and was happy they don’t charge you for your first time going there. I would’ve been really mad if I had to pay for that

Our main dining room waiters, Dewa and Jaya, were the best we’ve had out of the 3 Carnival cruises we’ve been on!! These guys were excellent at everything!! I will be recommending them for our future visits on the Mardi Gras! If you ever go on the Mardi Gras, you want these guys as your waiters!! The bartenders at the Havana Bar were the best too!! Carlos, Lizabeth, Rome, and Puii were all excellent and made the best drinks!! You’ll definitely want to visit them on your visit!!

We upgraded to the Havana Cabana Balcony room 2 days before our departure date!! This will be the way we go on Carnival cruises from here on out!! The Havana balcony cabin is the life!! You get lounge chairs on your balcony! You will not even want to go to the Lido deck or Serenity deck to search for chairs to sit on anymore. It’s also more quiet and peaceful sitting on our patio area than any other place on the ship!! Havana cabins had private access to the Havana bar (outside of the Havana bar) and sitting pool with a lot of lounge furniture out to sit and chill out with friends! It was an awesome experience and we see no other way to go on Carnival now!!
