Review summary

The Mardi Gras is a fantastic ship. For first time cruisers it’s the best. You never have to get off the ship and you can stay busy 24 hours a day. There is some thing for everyone!

Roller coaster is worth the $$ Rope course is great fun!

Playlist performers were not great. And this is an area that Carnival really needs to work on.

And the bartenders were very attentive and personable. We enjoyed interacting with them very much.

In the room, and the balcony were very nice. I miss the reclining chair that I had the week before and the magic.

Ship tip

Get in shape before you go. There is a lot of stair, climbing and walking from one end of the ship to the other. Be prepared!

We have visited Port Canaveral very often. It’s a great place to set sail and return from cruising.

Disembarkation

Very congested. The port authority is continually yell at you and are not very friendly. It’s not a good environment to return to after having a lovely vacation.
