Review summary

We had fun, but we would not pick the Mardi Gras again. I did not like how small the venues and rooms were.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Embarkation was super fast and easy. Once parked, we were on the ship in 20 mins.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
I wasn’t really impressed with the food on the ship. It did not seem as good as other ships we have been on. Chibang was just okay, the Italian restaurant wasn’t that good, we did not like Big Chicken. The lido buffet did not have a lot of choices.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Family feud is great! It is a great addition to the shows on board the ship. HOWEVER. All the venues are SMALL. They aren’t big enough to accommodate the amount of people on the ship. If you want to see a show, get there early!

Entertainment

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All the staff I encountered were great! And Lee is a great cruise director

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship was super clean and I always saw workers cleaning. I am not a fan of the ships design! Venues are too small!

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
We love cove balconies! The only had the bed closer to the door. These cove balconies are smaller than other ships. It felt almost claustrophobic at times, especially when more than one person was moving around. The bathroom is beyond tiny. Not a fan of the new design at all.

Ship tip

Get to venues early if you want a seat!
