I had a wonderful week of relaxation. The ship and staff are excellent. This was my second time on the beautiful Mardi Gras, but there were disappointments. After many cruises, I have looked forward to bacon and French toast in the morning, BLT from room service for lunch and a tiramisu martini in the evening. No bacon and French toast on the same day. They refused to make me a BLT with regular bacon until I called the 3rd day and asked who the hotel manager was. The quality of tomatoes on the ship was horrible. No tiramisu martinis now. I still had a good time, just didn’t have the little things that made my past cruises special.
Embarkation

I used Verifly and embarkation was quick and easy.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The food in the specialty restaurants is excellent. The quality of the food and the variety of food at the buffet and the main dining room has decreased significantly. Some of the items that I look forward to each cruise such as ripe tomatoes, bacon, tiramisu martinis, were not available. There were very limited options on the buffets. The teppanyaki restaurant, Cucina, Guys, Big Chicken, and Pig & Anchor had good food, minus the poor quality of produce.
Onboard Activities

I enjoyed the Summer Landing pool on most days. The Serenity area is expansive. Riding Bolt was a thrill
Entertainment

Eden in the piano bar is excellent! I also enjoyed listening to Owen. Family Feud and Deal or No Deal are fun.
Service and Staff

All ship personnel continue to be excellent.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship's layout and design is great. Common areas are always clean and well-maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was comfortable . I do not recommend it though. The balcony is almost directly above the hot tubs where people are talking and playing music.
