Great ship, crew and ports. If you have never rode a Roller Coaster on a ship take a cruise on the Carnival Mardi Gras….
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Quick and easy very organized
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Dining was excellent our waiters were John, gasser and Tarik all were very efficient. The Steak House was good as usual and the Hibachi was out of this world.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Fitness center was good, played mini golf, ejoued the hot tub, but the best was “Bolt” the roller coaster…very exciting and a thrill.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Didn’t listen to much of the DJ’s, but the stage shows were very very good I think the best ones I have ever scene. The one thing I didn’t like was they times over lapped. The comedy shows were also good.
Children's Programs
Didn’t have children
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Couldn’t have asked for better service at dinner/breakfast. Our stewards were very attentive and what ever we needed they made sure we had it.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Ship was very clean, design is nice the only thing I didn’t like was when the shows were at Center Stage it was very congested. Hard to walk past and not enough seats even with the different levels.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Bed was comfortable, very clean room seemed smaller than other ships I was on. They are narrow and the doors don’t open wide enough I am not a big person, but still had Togo in sideways.
Ship tip
Don’t fret to much about the small things that you don’t care for, enjoy your time with family or friends.
Loved it did a small island tour, we have been trying to get there 5 times and due to Covid, Hurricanes…etc we just didn’t make it. Glad I finally got to see San Juan can’t wait to go back.
nmb926 your boyfriend is going to have a hard time in that bathroom on the Mardi Gras. I’m 5’7 and I could sit on the toilet and my knees touched the shower door. I was in an Oceanview cabin.
