Review summary
Cruise on Majesty of the Sea this passed weekend and had a blast time. 1st time and good weekend cruise getaway! Pros: Staff was very friendly through out the whole ship, except for one, in the Casino, but I didn’t let that ruin my time there. Loved that the ship is so diverse with different cultures background. Yes, room was small, but it’s ok! Same as bathroom, small but it’s ok! We barely stay in our room, except to sleep and change! Foods was good! Depends on what u like to eat! We ate at Windjammer for breakfast and lunch, had appt scheduled for dinner and love their foods and services. 1st night was casual, 2nd night was formal, 3rd was casual but we decided to skip our my time dining and eat dinner in the Windjammer and love the foods! Crab cakes was the daBomb! Glad I made the decisions to purchase zoom packages, WiFi was great! But make sure u purchase the package online, sometimes they have better deal than on the ship. We didn’t do any beverages packages! We were ok drinking what they have available for free😁 and yes, during our time there, I prob ordered 2x soda and 2x cocktails drinks which is still cheaper than purchasing their packages. If u do the packages, make sure u make it worth every penny😆 Cons: I probably wouldn’t recommend this ship for Little Ones, I mean they had drop off services for kids to do, arcade, and some teen hangout, I think that’s it! They have pools but very crowded! We stayed away from the pools! For kids, diffidently do your research and go on a BIG Ship! Yes, not much to do on the ship, besides the basics activities they have! Which we were ok with that. Ship maybe old but I don’t have anything to complain about! Excursions: Purchased Blue Lagoon Beach for Nassau, loved the island but 4 hours WAS NOT enough time to spend our time there. We purchased Snorkeling and Sandbar getaway, highly do not recommend this excursion. Nothing to see except fishes and rocks. Our meeting time was 9:45am, our time wasted waiting on others who can’t be there on time, by the time we got back was 1pm, ate lunch which is more of leftover becuz the workers have to close up at 1:30 to go back on ship, than u only have an hour n half left to spend our time there. 😂 I’d been snorkeling in Key West and this is nothing compare to key west! Stayed on Cococay Beach and do leisure snorkel, more to spend n more things to see there! Other than that, we would love to go back to Cococay! Happy Cruising!Ship experiences
