Review summary

We enjoyed our trip. We did the Key Program so embarkation and disembarkation was very easy. The cabin can use some updates. Some of the shows were not as impressive as other ships that we have been on. Food was good but nothing to write home about. Room service was not good enough for me to recommend spending the extra cost. The staff was not as friendly and enthusiastic about their job as other experiences we have had on other ships. However some were excellent and went above and beyond, such as bartender Bradley at Olive and Twist. Drinks were consistently good throughout the ship. Everything ran smoothly. No long lines. Although ship had over 4500 passengers it never felt crowded (with the exception of lunch time at the wind jammer)

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was just okay. Chops lacked seasoning. The main dining was lukewarm warm but very quick service. Wind jammer was good. Our meal at Sabor specialty restaurant was the best meal we had onboard

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There were lots to do

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Main production show was not interesting for us so we left midway through it. The acting did not impress us. Ice skating show was good. Family Feud felt disorganized but was entertaining. Comedian was okay We enjoyed the juggler We felt that there was more than enough activities going on throughout the ship. We were never bored

Cabin / Stateroom

It was clean, a good size, sufficient storage. But could use an update

Ship tip

Bring power strip. I was never able to find a sunny and quiet spot to read outdoors. Olive and Twist was my favorite bar

My favorite cruise port so far. I was able to drive there. Onsite parking was very easy and did not require reservation. Embarkation and disembarkation was a breeze
