Review summary

We've been on 6 royal ships and this has been our worst experience so far. Boarding went fine. The first issue I had was the lack of a hot breakfast bar in the main dining room. I don't mind taking my time at dinner but I almost always need a quick breakfast so I can get off the ship for excursions etc. and I don't like the huge crowds in the windjammer on deck 11. Next they made us stand in line for tender tickets that they didn't even bother checking when we got on the tenders. I hate when my time gets wasted in this manner. The last straw for me was the disembarkation process. It felt like a kindergartner was running the show. We did self assist since we had an early flight. The setup for this process was wildly disorganized. Go here and leave your bags and go to the end of the line...10 minutes later go stand by your bags...then take your bags back to the same place you were to start with...ridiculous! The food and dining room staff were great as royal always is. Other staff were friendly and helpful as usual also but we will never use this ship again. It just wasn't up to royal's usual standards.
