Review summary
Started with standing outside in the Texas sun for 3 hours on concrete because "their check-in systems was down." If the process was important to them then they would have had a backup. Guarantee that if the bar register when down, they would have a backup for collecting money. Ambulances had to come to cart off some of the elderly that couldn't stand for 3 hours in the sun. My knees, ankles and hips hurt for 3 days.
Elevators were so packed the first 3 days that had to take stairs. Fitbit had me around 30 flights of stairs per day, so my hamstrings hurt until day 5.
Lines, lines, lines....Almost everything requires standing in lines. On day 2, I even stood in line at customer service only to find I stood in the wrong line and had to go to the back of another line......Customer service, an oxymoron.
My wife was feeling nauseous and asked to be seated for breakfast so that she didn't have to look at the waves stating that the "waves were shaking the boat". The waiter started singing, "The waves are shaking, the waves are shaking,...." until I mumbled "Not funny,." My wife rushed upstairs shortly afterwards to toss breakfast.
Nickel and dimed to death. Felt like I was trapped for 7 days in a time-share sale. Not allowed to fill up water bottles at the water station (their plastic cups only) so had room service deliver 4 water bottles per day at $5 per bottle for my wife who medically is required to get a certain amount of water each day.
Decided to try the buffet one night. I wanted to sample sushi and took 1 morsel from 5 different rolls to try and then got scolded "Limit 2 pieces only"....Seriously?....Who eats just 2 pieces of sushi?
I could go on with 2 dozen other things.....
The one positive is that I lost 6 pounds on the trip due to all the stairwork and my wife lost 5 pounds....

Don't do it. Life is too short to be miserable for 7 days.
