I think that in an effort to provide a lot of food\, there was too much prepared ahead of time. Near the end of the cruise (13 day) the food was being presented from previous days.

Pros: The ship was nicely maintained. The crew was great.

Cons: The food selection was minimal. As the cures continued the food quality degraded in the buffet.
