It was nice to do the Maiden trip of the Koningsdam. A great ship and we will come back.

Super. When you are mariner there is no waiting in the line

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

New are Sel de Mer and the Dutch cafe. Beautiful main dining room. The Lido is upgraded with fine presentation of the food.

Onboard Activities

There was not much time because nearly every day we were in a port. Good Gym. The deck around the the ship is not so wide as on the other HAL ships.

Entertainment

Impressive stage shows in the main theatre. New technics and led video walls in the theatre. Lincon stage classical music was supurb. The piano bar with 2 piano’s was always crowded.

Service and Staff

Everybody was glad and proud for the new ship.

Ship Quality

Perfect design. Every was new. So was no time to get it dirty. Deck around the ship not wide enough to do a group walk.

Cabin / Stateroom

Modern colors. Big size video screen. Nice bathroom with practical walk-in douche. Not so much place for the clothes.

Ship tip

When you have been on other HAL ships try this one. Modern architecture, nice colors and a great theatre with modern technics.
