Review summary

Will not return to this cruise line due to poor food. Lack of choices of chardonay, even though we purchased the upgraded beverage package they would not permit us to take a bottle of wine to the room. Plus wi-fi does not work and they don't seem to want to fix it.

Bars, bartenders were very good however the food was poor. To think Giada and other chefs are on their advisory board was a big letdown. Over half of the passengers we spoke with were in agreement and many said that since Norwegian purchased Oceania the food has gone way downhill. Eggs benedict had hardboiled eggs on them. Milk was bad. Lobster bisque with no lobster whatsoever - more like tomato soup. Crab cakes should not be fishy smelling/tasting

tight accomodations. Shower very small. Cindy did a really nice job keeping it clean. Many other Concierge rooms on either side of our cabin were much larger.

Ship tip

Don't have high expectations. Seafood mostly frozen. WIFI DID NOT WORK

If you want good wine bring your own and skip the beverage package. Have a glass with room service.

Things may not always be 109percent perfect but we choose whether to allow it to ruin our cruise . Sounds like you had a good time despite the hiccups.
