Review summary

Overall the ship is gorgeous and very well laid out. The most ingenious new addition is the elevator technology. Use the kiosk to pick your floor and it tells you which elevator bay to wait at. Enter and it takes you there nonstop or one stop. No more pressing buttons, waiting for ages. Super quick and very efficient! Each of the neighborhoods keeps guests spread out so it never really feels crowded. Great for families and multi-generational groups!

Ship Quality

The neighborhood design is genius and keeps things spread out so it doesn’t really feel crowded anywhere.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Absolutely hate the Infinite Balcony! If you open the window you loose the room AC and it takes for ever to cool off again. Also if the sun beats in the room gets very warm so you have to close the shade which defeats the purpose of the faux “balcony”. Overlooking Central Park is pretty quiet but the neighbors across the way can see right into your cabin and vice versa.

Ship tip

Plan ahead for entertainment and speciality dining!!

The new terminal is gorgeous but still tons of construction at the port and signage is not great yet.
