Review summary

We sailed on the Carnival Holiday and had an awesome time. The ship was large and everything that we needed was accessible. The stores and bars were laid out well and easy to find.

Food and Dining

The food was great, both at our restaurant and at the general eating area! We loved our waitstaff during dinner, they made dinners so much more fun!

Entertainment

There didn't seem to be very many activities going on during the day. There was a lot of bingo, but we would have liked other activities also.

Children's Programs

Our entertainment director pointed out that there were about 275 children on our cruise. And we hardlly saw them! So the children's programs are awesome!

Service and Staff

The staff that we interacted with every day was very nice and helpful. The staff at the bars at night did not seem very friendly.

Ship Quality

There was definitely enough room for everyone! The decks had plenty of space for us to find spots to lay out all the time. It was a little difficult to get used to the layout of the ship and it was very hard to find our restaurant. We got lost almost every night, but it kept us laughing!

Cabin / Stateroom

With 5 people in a room you can expect it to be a little crowded, and it was. But we were able to fit us all in there and still had room to walk around! Our steward was very nice and helpful, he was able to get us everything that we needed.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

We started out with a snorkel/party boat and had a blast on it! It was a great way to start the day at Cozumel! The shops right there at the port were a little touristy. We planned on doing a lot of shopping but went into Senor Frogs and never made it out!

Pros: The way the crew took care of us.

Cons: The ship was one of the older ones out there and a little dated.
