My wife and I thoroughly enjoy cruising. Harmony of the Seas only enhanced our mindset on enjoying this method of travel. From the moment we set foot on the ship until the minute we step foot off of the ship we felt comfortable and relaxed. A big thank you to the entire crew of Harmony of the Seas.

During the cruise I was having back issues which prevented me from enjoying excursions in each port. I used the Solarium comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
Entertainment

The ship entertainment was really good. One suggestion that I do have is that if comedians are going to be giving multiple night shows that they should change up their show versus a repeat from earlier in the week. In the past we had been used to having comedians change mid-way through the cruise to keep it fresh.

Waiter in the Main Dining Room for My Dining were absolutely fabulous. They were always making sure that we were completely satisfied. Komang had two evenings that he played his guitar and sang. One of these songs was for a lady at an adjacent table for her birthday. She was extremely happy. Both Jason and Komang are excellent at what they do.
Rizky was our Room Steward. His attention to detail was great. We had the opportunity on several occasions to interact with him and he was always very caring and wanted to make sure everything was 100% in order. Each morning as we left our Stateroom upon our return an hour or so later our stateroom had been cleaned and ready for the day. Fresh ice was provided. Likewise in the evening when leaving our stateroom for dinner upon our return the stateroom was completely prepared for night time once again with fresh ice. I can't say enough good things about this special person.
Ship Quality

The main concern that was consistent during peak hours was the availability of elevators. This created an additional personal issue for me as standing with the issue I experienced throughout the cruise would be very painful. The second design area I would suggest is to have some type of corridor around the casino area that is smoke free. My wife is alergic to smoke and this forced us to depend on the stairs or elevators to by pass the smoke.
The ship was very clean and professionally presented.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a connecting room and balcony with our best friends that traveled with us. This really helped immensely for the comfort and relaxation of our cruise. The balcony size was larger than in the past and this also made setting on the balcony much more enjoyable.
