Being in a suite made embarkation so much more pleasant. Especially that I was traveling with a group of "special needs" individual the staff at the port went over and above board to make sure that our embarkation went as smoothly as humanly possible.

My party and myself went to Jamie's Italian restaurant one night, the food was good, but the service was excellent, our server Nheil was understanding and worked well with my group of individuals. We ate most of our meals in the Coastal kitchen and I would like to give a shout out to Cliffroy, Dane, Latoya, Eduardo, and Denzel; these individuals were top notch, even if they weren't your server they went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. Sometimes, even preempting your wishes before you requested it.
Onboard Activities

Because my group had limitations we didn't participate in too many things. However, the pool and the hot tub was among their favorite things to do. I do have a comment, We stayed in two Crown loft suites, and would have liked to have to have been able to enjoy the "suite deck" but due to ambulation difficulties of myself and some of the "special needs" individuals with whom I was traveling were not able to enjoy the use of that area due to accessibility. I noticed the same issue when traveling on the Oasis, unless you can climb stairs your "SOL"
Entertainment

They were actually pretty good. I truly enjoyed "Columbus" and so did all of the special needs individual, some of them left the show humming some of the tunes.

My room attendant Anthony and his assistant, was the best, they cleaned up several times after one of my individuals had several accidents. Anthony's mantra was "we are here to make sure that your cruise is memorable and worry free, and I' here to serve" The other staff around the ship were pleasant also.

My cabin was great couldn't have asked for any better, I felt like I was in a upper East side NY apartment.
Ship tip
Get to the shows early. I have travled on the Allure, and the Oasis, and have never encountered lines for shows as I did on the Harmony
Disembarkation was equally as smooth, Checker and Elaine was esspecially recpetive to our needs and made a specail "last call" for our group as some of the individuals ambulate extremly slow.
