Review summary

The beds weren't the best. It felt like I was sleeping on a rock. It was very noticeable that it was 2 twin beds put together, so the gap between the two beds was uncomfortable. There should be some sort of padding on top.

The pool was ridiculously small. It was always too crowded if you got there later in the morning to enjoy. Had to wait for people to get out before trying to enjoy the pool.

I also felt like I spent half of the cruise waiting for the elevators. Eventhough there were like 6-8 elevators on each floor, it felt an eternity for one to arrive.

Also the seats in the palladium aren't too comfortable, especially if you're a tall person.

I agree about the bumpy mattress. That was basically my only complaint.

@sohyun343 I agree about the beds. They are hard. I'm so use to my pillow top mattress. As for the gap in the bed I kept falling in it, but after the first 3 nights I enjoyed it. It felt like I was being held. lol. It also felt better in the gap than on the mattress. The elevator did take awhile. We took the stairs most of the time. Did u try the couches on the balcony? That's wear we sat mostly.

The beds are more less personal preference I loved the bed and slept great but my wife found it very uncomfortable... The pools are not ridiculously small they are what you would expect on this size ship and of course they are crowded at times..completely disagree with seats in palladium I'm 6'4 and had no problem...its a cruise with thousands of people.

Well, you had me at the gap between the two beds put together, but the rest? Aw come on! The steps were soft enough to take a flight or two. The pool? Well, maybe next cruise you should sail your yacht where you can be comfortable
