At best an Average Cruise

Sail Date: August 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

The ship appeared old. The things to do were tired and needed to be refreshed. Staff was bored and didn't engage us. Could have been so much better. The only three people to recommend were the cabin steward\, waiter and one of the two cruise directors. Bar staff was stiff and not impressive.

Pros: Time away from the daily grind

Cons: The ship was tired and felt old

Recommends Grandeur of the Seas? No.

Entertainment
Comics were good. Need to get acts that are in the here and now and not from the fifties and sixties.
Service and Staff
We have had much friendlier staff on other ships.
Cabin / Stateroom
had rust in the bathroom. small is an understatement.
Food and Dining
Loved the steak house.
Ship Quality
