The ship was very nice. We liked the size of the ship and the location of our cabin on Deck 7. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Food and Dining

The formal dining room was outstanding from the food to the service. The menu selection each night had a nice variety. We did get a little tired of the food in the Windjammer Cafe. The food was ordinary food you would find in a buffet.

Entertainment

Overall the productions were top notch. The cruise director\, Jimmy\, was perfect and we loved meeting him. We would at times not have much to do on cruise days because we don't gamble and the pools were overcrowded. The biggest issue we had was the Nassau Excursion. The dolphin portion was perfect but getting there and back was a nightmare. I would not recommend this excursion to others based on our experience. It took 1 and 1/2 hours to get to the dolphin location and most of it was speed walking. Not good. CoCo Cay was perfection! I wish we could have spent another day there.

Service and Staff

With only one exception (the bar staff at the pool) everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The waiters in the formal dining room (Alrick and Ashely) were our favorites. Their food recommendations were spot on and they were a lot of fun. Ashley and Alrick even started knowing what we would like based on previous orders. Our stateroom attendant\, Maynor Guerra\, really made the difference for us. He is top notch and should be promoted to train others how to take care of passengers. He was amazing!!! We can't say enough about his customer service skills and attention to detail!

Our stateroom was the perfect size and the location was great. We were only 2 floors away from most activities which was very nice.
