Review summary

Loved the My time dining! Totally relaxing! Staff service was excellent! Food was great! The Diamond International presentation was informative, but no mention of a total of 20 people/slips in order for the free drawing to take place (Cozumel). That was disappointing. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Glen & Fajar were excellent and very entertaining! Jimmy was also excellent and very willing to help with anything that we needed.

Getting close for renovations.

Bathroom mirror in cabin was pitted and hangers in closet were broken. Queen size bed had a "hole" in the middle of it.

Pros: Awesome Service and the Food was excellent!
