This was the last cruise of Grandeur from Baltimore before pulling it from service to Panama. We immediately felt the rath of the surley crew's attitude ( soon to be unemployed? ) and nearly all departments of staff.
Our Bridal party family of 8 got priority boarding eventhough they "lost" the bridal plants for wedding at sea be Captain. Recreated & performed ceremony only to find the ship professional photographer had severely poor quality pictures, and ship outrageous attempts to obtain $1,000 for a single CD of pictures. Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Ship formal dining food quality was severely lacking for exquisite quality food. Each person had to double order two entries, knowing that one would be unpalitable, dry, or otherwise unacceptable. Dining waiters were the only ones who cared about the clients ( to get their tip).
Entertainment
1 out of 5
Theatre entertainment was also mediocre, although no detriment to the actors. Stay away from the casinos, whose only job is to suck every nickle from your pockets.
Service and Staff
1 out of 5
Extremely poor communication with guests regarding shore leave procedures and schedules for returning to ship. Get with it. These are basics!
90% of ship staff were surley, rude or illustrated irritation with simple requests for help, assistance. Did they forget who is the customer paying their bills? Where do they get off with this attitude? Give me Disney or Carnival any day.

P L E A S E remove the toilet brush so we don't haveto smell it. ( Disney would not find this acceptable)
Also storage of linens and cleaning supplies etc in the cabin hallways was unsightly and appearance of disorganization and poor house keeping.
