Had been on the Grand right before it went into dry dock Apr 2011. Didn't see any changes to the cabins. They show their age.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Due to unpleasant tablemates, I opted out of traditional dining & chose "Any Time" for the 1st time. It was convenient but traditional better suits my personality provided the tablemates are compatible.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Loved most of the entertainers. Could have done without the British comedian & the brought-on-board male singer. Both will sub standard. Everyone else was top drawer.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Teo (the cabin steward) was excellent.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5

Pros: Good mix of entertainment

Cons: Unavoidable but too many back-to-back sea days
