Review summary

We would like to thank Junette for working with us in planning our very first transatlantic cruise that involved flying to another country prior to cruising. She advised us and worked with flight change dates so that everything went smoothly. The email reminders were so helpful. We had a wonderful, relaxing cruise and, actually, enjoyed the many days at sea!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Easy and efficient

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
There were so many choices of places to eat and varying food choices.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There was always something to do! We especially enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, fitness center. It was fun learning Pickle Ball and playing Table Tennis.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The performers were really good. I wish there could have been a little more variation in the Caribbean music and not as much karaoke. The shows and comedians were very entertaining.

Children's Programs

We didn't travel with children.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
There was every effort made to engage and please cruisers. Our cabin steward, Filzon, was very attentive. In the Windjammer Louise and Frio made the whole "Washy/Washy" process fun with their greeting and singing and guitar-playing.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The public bathroooms were always clean and well maintained. The wait staff in the Windjammer were quick to clean tables as patrons left so seating could be available.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This was our first time trying the Virtual Balcony and we really enjoyed it!

Ship tip

The tables on the Promenade fill up quickly and there isn't alot of room when everyone tries to gather for the parades and special shows held in this area.
