Main Dining room evening meals were amazing! Breakfast was average. Selections on the buffet were good, but not a lot of variety. There were no midnight buffets and finding late night snacks, other than pizza was impossible.

Only went to the pool and it was nice, but would like to see an adult only pool area.

Everyone except our room steward was top notch! Our room steward always cleaned our room very late. It was NEVER cleaned before dinner.

The drink cooler was empty and didn't work. The room had great storage. The bed was very comfortable. It was a little difficult to get around the end of the bed.
Excursion was extremely subpar. The island is filthy, trash all over the sides of the road. The bus we were on was extremely small. We were packed on like sardines. You couldn't even walk normally down the aisle between the seats. It was supposed to be a panoramic tour with a guide. The tour was mostly a ride to Ocho Rios that took way longer than it should have and there was very little historical information shared. We were told there would be ample time for shopping and lunch on our own after a rum tasting. The shopping was at 1 store they chose for 20 minutes an was our only bathroom stop. We were told on the ride that we were to order lunch ahead of time and all except 2 Jerk Chicken meals were unavailable. The food was in very small portions, expensive, and the worst meal we had all weak. I was shaking by the time we returned to the ship because I had not had enough food.
One person in our group got to the gang plank to get off the ship and was told to go back to Guest Services. They couldn't tell us why. The system wouldn't process her card on file, even though there was nothing wrong with the card. These things happen, but should have been notified sooner.
