Review summary

Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas is old, worn down, dirty (especially the pool towels). The customer service is so bad that it looks like even the staff does not want to be there !

Dirty sheets / comforters\, difficult to get assistance from stweard - don't even bother trying to call Guest Services\,.
