Bermuda Cruise

Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas is old, worn down, dirty (especially the pool towels). The customer service is so bad that it looks like even the staff does not want to be there !

Pros: Bermuda

Cons: Service and Cleanliness

Recommends Explorer of the Seas? No.

Food and Dining
Dinner food was excellent\, but all other meals and dining service was horrendous
Cabin / Stateroom
Dirty sheets / comforters\, difficult to get assistance from stweard - don't even bother trying to call Guest Services\,.
Ship Quality
Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas is old\, worn down\, dirty (especially the pool towels\, which wwre filthy).
Service and Staff
Unfriendly and di not go beyond
Evening entertainemtn was average at best - almost boring. People were complaining about being put to sleep
