Review summary

We went back to Bermuda on Royal Caribbean after a disappointing trip there on Norweigan. This time we took a larger ship which cannot go into Hamilton but must dock at the Royal Naval Dockyard. This was not a problem at all. Had a nice taxi ride into Hamilton seeing the counryside and and $4 ferry ride back. Some great sites at the Dockyards that we had not seen on previous visits. This ship was superb in all areas. Unbelieveably stable. I felt zero motion until the seas got very choppy on the return and then it felt like a normal cruise. If you are prone to motion sickness then this is the ship for you.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Great Dining room and specialty restaurant. Cover charge of $3.95 at the Johnny Rockets Hamberger Grill seemed silly. Room service was a bit slow to arrive.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Ice show an added surprise plus public skating times were scheduled too.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
A top notch staff.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
A very large ship but not too big. Over 3000 people onboard but never felt like that many. No big lines.

Cabin / Stateroom

Ports of call

King's Wharf, Bermuda

Everything here is walkable from the ship. Taxi or Ferry to get into Hamilton in about 20 minutes
Don't Miss: The glass factory and Rum Cake shoppe

Pros: Ice rink, Cigar club, Frendliness of stewards, Grandeur of the ship

Cons: Signing out pool towels, slow room service, cover charge at Johnny Rockets grill
