Think before you book.

Sail Date: July 29, 2007

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was too big for our family. Our excursions were canceled due to weather, but unfortunately the ship provided no alternatives and we were left with little to do. The ship is magnificent and well maintained. Just not our cup of tea.

Pros: Tour of the galley/amount of family activities

Cons: The ship was too big and they were not customer friendly

Recommends Explorer of the Seas? No.

Food and Dining
Ship Quality
Do not take this cruise if you don't want to share with 3,500 of your closest friends. Or they will be at the end...
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Great spa and wait staff
Children's Programs
They need to get pagers to contact parents if your child needs you. They called the stateroom. Isn't that why you put your kids into the kids club - to get out!
King's Wharf, Bermuda
dolphin cove and the naval yard were fascinating
Don't Miss: dolphin cove
