Review summary

Explorer of the Seas was absolutely magnificent! We were so impressed by the size. Can you imagaine a helicopter landing on t he front of the ship to pick up an ailing passenger? The crew was friendly and attentive to our needs. The Explorer was kept clean from the decks, restaurants, all 14 floors to our stateroom on the second floor which even had a huge picture window! We can't wait to cruise again!!! Linda and Ray from Pennsylvania

We prefer late seating w hich gives us time to enjoy the ports without rushing back to dress for diner!! Can you imagine a lobster dinner and the head waiter actually takes the tail and presents you with a huge piece of loster ready to enjoy!!

Fantastic. The one suggestion I woud make would be during the ice show, have people move down and occupuy as many seats in a row because many of us were left standing and behind poles.

Over and beyond belonged to the dining staff. The stateroom attendant could have been a little more attentive. We had purchased Margaritas which were supposed to come in the wide, pretty colored glasses. Well,the bartender didn't have those particular glasses left and gave us reg. glasses at the same price. I told him we would be back to trade, but the stateroom attendant took the plain glasses so I had nothing to trade in I asked him to bring them back but he never did.

Unbelievably huge! A basketball court, skating rink and a rock climbing wall. Even a solarium with hot tub for the adults!!! royal carribean thought of everything.
