Q: I keep seeing great food pics. When is lobster night? Definitely don't want to miss that.

A: For 6 day or longer RCI cruises, lobster night falls on the second formal night. For 5 nights or less, there is no second formal night so no lobster.

A: Lobster night is usually the second formal night of the cruise and you can eat as many Tails as you want.

Q: Hi! Leaving on royal Caribbean the end of the month. I accidentally purchased night lights that have to be plugged in. The only one we will really need is for the bathroom, are there outlets in the bathroom of the cabins? Thank you!

A: You won’t need a night light, just leave the bathroom light on all night, enough light escapes at you’ll be able to find you way

A: If I'm not mistaken, the outlet in the cabin bathroom on this ship is switched. Which means it will only work when the light is turned on.

A: There usually is an outlet in the bathroom except that is so hidden you don't even know it's an outlet. it's often covered with a plastic cover

A: If you are unvaccinated you have to show (printed or digital) a negative test result taken within 3 days of your sail date. At-home antigen tests are acceptable per the RCCL website. Vaccinated guests do not have to pre-test if the cruise is 9-night... s or less.See More

Q: Hi, I have heard that each passenger can bring on two bottles of wine or champagne, but I've also heard that it's only 2 bottles per cabin. Could anybody clarify for me?

A: 2 bottles per cabin per Royal Caribbean. We like to bring good bottles to share or give as gifts to our servers or staff. We bring wine from Cooper's Hawk Winery 🍷!

Answer QuestionA: Yea it’s only sushi and ramen/noodle bowls. There is no teppanyaki on Explorer. If you are booked you can find the menu to Izumi in the cruise planner under the specialty dining section.

A: If asking if it has the Hibachi then no it doesn't. If asking if the have offerings other than seafood then yes, but very limited, & vegan options should be discussed prior to seating.

Q: What are the best excursions in Jamaica that would include 3 kids ages 8-13. Would love something that involves going to Montego Bay for a beach day? Maybe even something that isn’t booked through the ship?
