Booked Island Adventure by Land & Sea from this app. Tour operator, SEG, emailed me that it was canceled. No reason given but they didn't charge my credit card 🤷🏽♀️

I’m not sure, I tried to book another excursion on St Lucia and they said it was unavailable. I asked if we were skipping the port and they didn’t give me a straight answer. The Customer service guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing, he kept putting me on hold, I was on the phone for over 2 hrs, I finally just hung up!

Yes, we have booked 2 excursions and both have been cancelled in St Lucia. Bummer for sure.
