Choose another ship. Food was unbelievable. We barely ate. Cabin was very small. Ship layout was confusing and not as open as their other ships, (oasis).
Embarkation
3 out of 5
We are gold status and one lady told us to get in the short line where gold members go to check in. When we approached the line the lady standing there was rude and told us to go into the other line, which was much longer. We waited until one of us decided to talk to one of the men who was directing the line on the gold side. He allowed us to go into the line because there were still people working behind the desks for that section. Unorganized..
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Horrible. The windjammer had disgusting food for night snacking, pizza was the worst I ever had in my life. The dinner was not well flavored. The wines that we tasted for a wine tasting were not pleasing as well. I could've picked better wines to taste.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
They had something going on all the time. This was much needed to make up for the disgusting food.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Great shows and comedian was very good. Not trashy what so ever.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Most staff were very nice and generous with their service. We came across one rude staff member.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Confusing layout. You had to know which levels would allow you to go from one end of the show to the other. Not all of these levels allowed you to go from one end to the other (seventh level for example). Could have been much cleaner, especially the windows, couldn't take a nice picture of the ocean/scenery with dirty windows.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Very small. but bed was comfortable and we were able to live decently for the few nights we were aboard.
Ship tip
Go on the bigger ships, unless you want to go to Cuba, I do not recommend this particular ship. I lost wait not eating their nasty food.
Staff was very rude when directing guest to the exiting process. Very pushy and annoying. Not welcoming what so ever. They're "welcome home" were not sincere or real... just their job and they made that point clear.
We had no issues at all. We ate dinner 4 out of 5 nights in the starlight, made reservations, and the dinner was amazing every night. The windjammer where it is buffet style has a little of everything. Burgers, hot dogs, chicken, wings, fruit, salads and deserts all the time. Specialty dishes as well. We thought how could you eat so much food. Food everywhere
