A wonderful magical experience with the best service and kindness of staff we have ever encountered anywhere. If you have a daughter or granddaughter in the 4-6 yr old age group. Splurge and take her to the Royal Tea. Let her dress up , meet characters and talk to them and get a heir autographs, Sing and dance in MDRs and Encanto parades, Everyone gets a pirate headscarf and participates to various degrees. in Pirate day/ night. Boys really into this and various club house and pool activities.

Our 2 cabins experience was great but son did see a pile of checked bags fall off gangplank into water. This was not Disney but dock workers. Heard Disney went above and beyond but a big reminder electronics and valuable paper cannot survive what I assume was a rare instance at Port of San Diego

Food and Dining

We used MDR for all but one breakfast at buffet and one room service order. The buffet offered more breakfast choices but did not relish hunting around. Nice views there
The service everywhere was excellent
The food most children and teenagers like was excellent. We are seniors who pepandemic used Holland American and Celebrity and dinner / lunches not quite qs good but there were plenty of small plates, starters, salads and soup, that were on occasion. The prime rib , Mediterranean chicken, lamb chops and many fish dishes were on par with.
Breakfast was excellent, but you have to get a here by 9:30am
What in excellent is the real attention they pay to food people are allergic to to and a

Cabin / Stateroom

Assessable with a large cabin and an enormous wraparound deck that does not have a see through railing at the back of the ship. We always have accessible and this is easily 6 times other balconies with several furniture grouping. Disney shoots fireworks across the bow to the starboard side so you are right there and can watch from your room. Too let’s s are low on this ship so we even asked for an over the toilet device
Attendant was wonderful and room was kept spotless
Ship tip
If for some reason you cannot fit in main show room seats. Note their accessible section is not in the back instead Go to 3rd floor in front of the Cadillac Bar at least 20 minutes before show. Attendants will escort you through the bar and though a special door that takes you to front of stage left. They will seat you on armless chairs here or park your wheelchair. Performers will run by right there in front of you and you need to stay in place. It is very close viewing. Middle to back center probably best viewing. Also louder. There are restrooms, including accessible right across from the Cadillac Lounge
We were all about the on board experience, having mg visited the ports previously.
Disembarking went smoothly for our two families. Breakfast was too early for us. Best if you can just walk off with your bags early. Our one big checked bag was too difficult for us to manage this, but was easily located at the dock
