Review summary

We recently sailed on the Disney Cruise ship Wonder to Nassau Bahamas and their Castaway Cay. Everyone we talked to told us we would love the Disney Cruise and we did. Our purpose was to relax and spend some time together, without feeling pressure to participate in the ship and shore activities - although we did go ashore in each stop to at least walk around and see the ports. While it was only my husband and I in the stateroom, we really enjoyed having the shower with a sink separate from the bathroom, which I had not seen or heard of on a cruise ship. Disney may be the only lay person cruise line that has this feature. We also greatly enjoyed having the balcony on the port side so that we were able to watch the ship dock and undock, which is quite amazing. The food was some of the best we've eaten on a cruise ship, the servers were very attentive and we felt pampered. We will definitely cruise with Disney Cruise Lines in the future. It was well worth the money and we would highly recommend Disney with or without children.

Pros: the stateroom with balcony & separate shower area

Cons: the short duration that we had selected

Recommends Disney Wonder? Yes!
