This cruise was to celebrate our 30 anniversary and our grandson's birthday. The customer service we experienced on the Fantasy and with the Disney crew members was superior in every way.

Things started very tense with one of our party forgetting some of their documents, but the Disney team worked with us to overcome the challenge with only a momentary delay. Everything else was a smooth as silk.

Great experience in every area from main dining rooms to the buffets. Some of the best french fries we have ever had and great soft serve ice cream.
Onboard Activities

Aqua duck was so much fun. Hot pool overlooking ocean was relaxing. Our grand kids loved the character appearances and all of disney's special effects.

Saw new release movies onboard! Jugglers, magician and musicians were high quality entertainers. My grandson loved Buckets and Boards who came out of Branson.

It was Disney! So very organized and safe. Our grand kids couldn't till dinner was over to get back to the kids club.

We loved our room steward. We had 2 cabins and she even helped us stay connected with each other with all of the different activities.

We had an oversized verandah. The bed was so comfortable. I usually get 7 hours of sleep at home, but on this trip I got 9 hours easy.
I loved the Fantasy Cruise, I was on the Disney Dream awhile ago and even though I don’t remember it because I was so young I know I had a great time but I remember the Fantasy that I was just on and I never had a bad time on it! Great service! Great people! Great opportunity’s!
