I would do this again. It was the most relaxing vacation I have ever taken. I felt well taken care of and the food, cabin, and ship were all above expectations.Embarkation

Food and Dining
The Catch by Rudi
This was my favorite meal onboard. The service, atmosphere, and food were all top notch. The Catch by Rudi has moved from its previous location and is quiet and very elegant. The food was delicious. The server brings out a glass of sparkling wine and a Caponata in a cute fish-shaped dish to start your meal. I ordered the lump crab cakes as my appetizer- best I’ve ever had. They were pure crab, seasoned perfectly. I also ordered the extra oysters on the half shell- so fresh! My main course was the Sea and Shore- lobster tail and filet. Again- no complaints. The lobster was not overcooked and the filet was cooked as ordered and very tender. My dessert was the Delight int the Air- a strawberry pavlova. Something I’ve never tried but i did enjoy it. For after dinner, the server brought out a cute little dish with chocolates shaped like fish and shrimp. A nice finishing touch.
Sabatini's Italian Trattoria
A bit of a disappointment. Honestly, the menu calls for too much food. While the food was okay, that was just it. It was okay. After everything I had seen online about Sabatini’s, I expected more. I enjoyed the Arancini brought out at the start. It was light, crispy and delicious. I’m afraid the only other thing that stuck out for me was the dessert flight (called Chef’s Choice on the menu). The Zabaglione was the best of the four with the Rocher coming in a close second. The Vanilla Panna Cotta was pretty good but the Tiramisu- I’ve had a lot better.
Onboard Activities
Entertainment
Princess Theater
If you miss everything else- try not to miss the Rock Opera production. Everything from the costumes to the performances was terrific. The music was great and the production was top quality. I stayed for the entire performance and put my phone away after taking just a couple of photos to enjoy the show. The young people who performed really put their best feet forward.
