We are currently on Discovery Princess and it has been nothing but problems with the Medallion and App. We have had problems making reservations and ordering drinks in person as well as online. They need to get this figured out and quick!

Review summary

Once again this is day 2 so I can only comment on the fact that the Medallion and App do not seem to work well, which you need for food and drinks! I will update at the end to see if there is any improvement in these areas.

Please work on adding signs that tell people which lines they should be in. This was chaos and why schedule a check in time if you won’t let people board until a group is called?

So far we have only been fortunate with 1 meal and that was because it was a specialty restaurant. You better schedule EVERYTHING in advance because their app does not work most of the time. We got our lunch order 1 1/2 hours after ordering and ended up going to pick up the cold order ourselves. Lines are long in most areas and I refuse to do a buffet.

Day 2 so I sure as heck hope we see changes! Our room steward has been great. The staff at the specialty restaurant was great. It is difficult to get assistance and service anywhere else so far!

New ship and very beautiful. All main lounges and table areas are so impacted and they just don’t seem to have enough staff to keep clean.
