Q: Hi all. We’re sailing California coast down to Mexico next April & would like a heads up on the weather. How is it now? Can you sunbathe on the Sea days or is it too cold? Was thinking of booking Retreat. Many Thanks. Marcus

A: Am on the ship now. Pools don't seem to be heated. You have to just go in and you adjust. Easier to use the pools while in Puerto Vallarta & Mazatlán where weather is in the 80's with a hot sun. Next week Discovery will be on the California Coast - c... old temperatures. But the Canadian cruisers may not mind!See More

A: Yes, they are headed to only about 70-75 degrees. It was warm enough that on our Alaska cruise we just got off of, we all swam late at night (like 40 degrees out) but as long as your active your fine. It’s even You so moving in the pool you realize... your getting cold.See More

A: The Discovery Princess is currently at Berth 46. Berth 50 is on the opposite (West) side of the same parking lot. My family and I are also cruising on the Discovery Princess on April 10th. We are sooooo looking forward to it !
