We had four small bottles of water delivered to the cabin many times with the Plus Package. Don’t order large bottles because you have to pay extra for those.

My experience with the Plus package is that you can only get one bottled water at a time, but can get as many as you want, provided you wait the required 10 minutes between each one. I would assume it's the same with the Premier package.
