Yes, we got the premier plus and it was included with our price, we thought it worked great- always had internet. Able to access everything we needed to including all the social media sites, mail, FaceTime, Netflix, and Skype.

Yes, there's an internet cafe on ship. Them, and the medallion class desk can both help you with the different internet package options on ship. ie. Packages from 24 hour to 4 devices for the full trip.
