If you have the Princess app you can go into “book dining” and when you’re choosing the guests there is an icon in the top right to add people. You can then enter the other booking number and select the people to include as shipmates so you can book dining reservations with them.

the easiest way is to do it right when you get onboard and talk to someone at the dining reservations station.

If you booked through a travel agent they can help. Otherwise you should be able to call Princess and have them link for you.
