Ha. We paid for one day at the spa and they were doing repairs the entire time. A waste. Not relaxing at all.

The worst. Like they forgot to hire people, so they grabbed some crew and told them to sing (poorly) and dance.

Everyone was rushed and could not care less. Never felt so uncared about on a cruise.

Ship Quality

Ship layout was odd. Multiple restaurants on 2 levels but you never know which one to go to. Ship was worn. Dirty. Windows never once cleaned.

Cabin / Stateroom

We were forward. When seas got bad on last day, which we are used to, we felt all of it. Room was dirty, had no couch. Not my favorite layout. Glad for the balcony.

They cancelled and took us to Mazatlan which was fine, we'd been 2x prior. But we wanted to go to Loreto. That's whtwe booked this cruise.

Sorry they had to change ports. Was the ship and your room really dirty? What did they say when you reported it?
