Review summary

Not sure this is the same Princess we sailed on in the Caribbean. Staff was not helpful in the least. Didn't seem to care about any of our issues or concerns. Worst excursions I have ever taken on a cruise. Dining and entertainment was great. Not sure I will sail with Princess again. Hello Royal Caribbean!!!

Our wait staff at dinner was outstanding and so was the food. We prefer the traditional seating (early dinner) and were not disappointed in our service. Best part of the cruise.

This rating is strickly for the excursions. Extremely disappointed in the shore excursion desk personnel and the tours themselves. Poor quality.

Very, very disappointed in the staff on this ship. It's like they practice on how to not help you when you had an issue. Didn't feel like they cared in the least. Our steward and dining room staff were the only exceptions.

The Diamond Princess is a very nice, clean ship. Layout is a little confusing, takes a while to find your way around.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Prefer the sofas that other cruise lines offer in balcony rooms to a single chair but otherwise a nice room.
