Review summary
The embarkation process was disorganized involving standing in long lines for extended amounts of time and not actually getting onto the ship for over 4 hours. Then the entire cruise experience was tainted by the numbers of people who contracted the norovirus. Seeing cleaning crews in hazmat suits was unsettling. The entire crew looked exhausted and service was acceptable, but certainly less than exceptional. In all cases the food was mediocre; I actually lost weight on this cruise. For disembarkation there were hundreds of people waiting for extended times with no available restrooms. Passengers did not get invoices of their onboard charges before leaving the ship - computer problems. It all added up to a big disappointment.Ship experiences
