Review summary

We sailed on the \"Crown Princess\" for the west coast cruise from Vancouver down the coast to Los Angeles. The ship is a good ship, the cruise was smooth sailing all the way! The only thing we don't care for about the ship is the way to get to the Botticelli dining room is confusing. One elevator doesn't go there and you have to get off on the floor above it to take the stairs down somehow around it. I heard grumbling from many people as to getting to the dining area. Also the casino still smells like cigarettes! Once you figure out how to navigate these pitfalls its ok!

Quality of the food was good with the exception of seafood dishes. The \"Trout Almondine\" was inedible! Tasted \"fishy\". Any seafood we tried was just not fresh. tasting.

Entertainment

We enjoyed the comedian's performance. The movies under the stars seemed to focus mainly on kid shows. Would have liked a better selection.

The requested bathrobes for our mini-suite were not available the first day\, and also they were badly shrunken. There were stains on the sheer curtains. One of which appeared to be blood.

Cons: Tendering in Santa Barbara
