Review summary

As we drove up to the port I was truly overwelmed at the size of the ship. This cruise ship was as large as an apartment building and even larger than some. As a first time cruiser traveling with adult family members and friends, we did the 10 day cruise. We had a room with a balcony, the sliding doors to the balcony were wall to wall and floor to ceiling. We would draw back the curtains as we sailed into our port of call, as we reclined in our beds and not have the view obstructed by a wall. We had a few little added bonuses, such as Dolphins swiming along side the ship and a Air Force Fighter Jet that flew up next to the ship and took off in a vertical climb and disappreared into the clouds. Amazing! What ever you do, treat yourself to the Spa Treatment. Draw backs the shower is a little tight and check out was like a cattle call. But all in all I had an amazing time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The specialty resturants were fabulous and the diningrooms convenient.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The show were great and for some of the popular shows we found that we had to stand. Parents should have been asked to have young children sit on their laps and those with more than one child should have doubled up and shared a seat.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The young lady who maintain our room was friendly and accommodating. She was the best. The entire staff was helpful and polite.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This ship was huge. The public areas were well kepted and the public restrooms equally maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The accommodations were fine. I was on the 14 floor under Lido Deck.

Pros: The convenients of the activities, the entertainment, the resturants and the onboard shopping .

Cons: Teenagers roaming the halls at night and a unsupervised child called in a false report of a man overboard.
