i booked and paid a cruise for me and my girlfriend, because was promoted online with NO VISA NEEDED, the cruise app doasnt work in USA, when we arrived to Dominican republic , they let us go inside the imbarkation building , then the Costa workers load our luggaged on the ship but at custom border office , they ask us for a visa. No assistance from Costa, we explain the problem and they told us , was our problem.i paid and left without sail .There are lots of better cruise company in USA.Embarkation
