Review summary
Six months after booking with Costa they cancelled the cruise and didn't tell us. We did get our money back eventually but not with any apology, suggestion of help to find an alternative. I'd be very wary of Costa from here on.Embarkation
It didn't happen! We booked back in June 2017 and found out by chance in Jan 2018 that our booking had been cancelled and shifted to another date - so embarkation scores 0.

How can we know when the cruise was cancelled without any consultation? Terrible service.

Untested owing to being left to find another holiday with just a few weeks to go.
Service and Staff
Can only rate the customer service person who answered the phone when I queried why our booking was showing the wrong date on their website - not her problem apparently, speak with the travel agent.

Didn't get to use it

Never got a chance to get on it let alone get off - still had no explanation.
